Definitions:

Measure - A measure is a device or technique used to reduce energy usage.

Program - A program is a business grouping or activity used to offer a collection of measures for installation.

End Use - End Use is a usage category used to group similar measures.

Loadshape - Loadshape is a general description of when the measure is likely to be used and therefore providing energy savings.

Line Loss - Line Loss is a characterization of the energy lost in transmission from the generator to the meter.
